Mild, medium or hot. Balti is a type of Kashmiri curry, orginating centuries ago in this area know as Baltisan, which we now know as North Pakistan. Balti cooking owes much to China, where it resembles the spicy cooking of Szechuan & Tibet, famous with moghui emperors for its aromatic spices of Kashmir, the taste is both simple in its cooking & yet complex in its flavours. Balti cooking swept Britain in the 90's as tandoori did some 20 years ago. Special mixed contains chicken, prawn & beef.

Food is always nice from hear only problem was delivered 45 minutes later than time stated so wasnt even luke warm not sure if that was delivery drivers fault or not as dont know what time food left the shop and is usually piping hot. But cant fault the food

Tonight l was really disappointed l order all the time l don’t know if you had a different chief on but the balti chicken pizza was so bland and had no taste it is normally so nice also l ordered a tika chicken stir fry and l must say it was not worth 8 pound as a regular customer l just felt as so disappointed julie
